Invoice Creation

I am looking for some help in creating an excel file that can auto-create invoices. I have attached my excel file. Basically what I have is a worksheet that I use to track the daily activities of trucks. In about 4 weeks I will be entering around 40-50 lines a day and have multiple "Master Invoice" numbers. What I would really like to do is to be able to type into a box or something the invoice number I want to create and then have excel auto-populate the fields. The invoice will just end up looking like the the table I already have but with only the columns I want and then total up the columns. Is this possible? Can somebody point me in the right direction?
