By Nick's suggestion I create this blog post where I can attach the file which I made for you. There is a two sheets - Teams and Games. First sheet contain player combinations in teams week by week. In second sheet in Player group's cells you put the desire combination of players (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) and on right of them you can see the number of games they have played together - by team and total, and also in which week this is happen. If this is not exactly what you need, please give me more details of how you want to be done.
