i need help with same problem " Comparing and inserting data from another worksheet "

i have an excel sheet with employee name, Subject and class name in different cells on sheet 1 and i want to Comparing and inserting data of cell automatically from sheet 1 to sheet 2 in horizontal way so that i can make a workload of a particular Staff like....
